We offer over 20 years of hospitality expertise to elevate your next dining experience. CHEF’D is a chef-owned and operated catering company that focuses on local meats and seasonal produce as highlighted on our multi-course tasting menu.

Red Seal Designation
Growing up on the family farm in Saskatchewan is where Chef Darnell Japp first learned to love growing farm-fresh vegetables and the work ethic required to succeed. After high school, he attended the Professional Cooking Program at SAIT in 2003 and received his red seal designation shortly after.
His latest venture, “Chef’d Catering”, is born out of a love of creating custom menus that will exceed client expectations.
